Is It Time to Detox Your GI Tract?

Detoxification and holistic nutrition is definitely #trending. There is a vast amount of information out there and it can be pretty confusing when you don’t know where to start. If you are someone who is at the beginning of your detoxification path and you haven’t learned about or focused on your GI Tract (gastrointestinal tract), you don’t want to skip this article.

This is extremely important information, especially if you have been eating a less then healthy diet for many years now. It simply isn’t enough to start eating healthy to get healthy, especially if you have been eating an acidic diet for many years. We actually have to clean out and repair damaged tissues in the intestinal wall if we want to even reap the benefits of the health food we are starting to consume, let me explain why…

Four Berry Smoothies

What is Mucoid Plaque and Why Do You Want it Gone?

What many people are beginning to learn is that when we eat acidic foods, our intestinal lining creates extra mucus to act as a protective buffer between our cells and the acids in our body. Over many years of this happening, that mucus builds and builds and forms a toxic lining on and in the intestinal wall that we call mucoid plaque. This mucoid plaque is a beast to remove from the body, if you don’t address the situation with herbs and raw nutrition.

So what is the problem with keeping mucoid plaque on the intestinal wall? Well, this plaque barrier prevents us from absorbing and utilizing the nutrients of the food we eat. Imagine making a quality superfood smoothie, drinking it down and later finding out you were only absorbing 25% of the nutrients in. What a waste of time, energy and money! Even worse, little micro organisms burrow into this mucoid plaque and find an easy environment to thrive in there.

Hi, Interesting for GI Boom. Can we have one with other herbs ? Explanation said take them 2hours after herb or meal. Do we need to wait another 2hours to have herbs after taking GI Bloom?
I tried to purchase the kits but your website said out of stock. Would you please let me know when you have kits stock back? Thank you. Tomoko

Thanks for this info. I was thinking about juice feasting and taking GI Broom but I hav been told its not a good idea to take capsules when juice feasting as the digestive process will be turned off (that’s the whole idea) and taking something that needs digesting is not good. I cant stand the taste so have to take in caps (ha ha). Wondered what you thought about takings caps when juice feasting. Thanks

The capsules will be broken down by the stomach acid thus the GI broom will get to the bowel anyway. I’d just go ahead and use it. Also while juicing you’re missing most of the fibers that help to sweep the colon like a broom. GI broom will be a great replacement for the missing fibers to sweep it.
